The European Commission picked up Santiago de Compostela to host his new campaign: What social Europe can do for you?
Santiago de Compostela, 28 June 2010.- The European Commission picked up Santiago de Compostela to host his new campaign: What social Europe can do for you?
This initiative will take place in the Galician capital next 30th of June and 1st of July and will inform citizens about new European social plans and programs.
The Galician Government (Xunta), the Regional Ministery for Employment and Welfare, the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (IGAPE), Xacobeo 2010 (The Way of St. James) and Fundación Galicia Europa will participate in the event.
Different European networks will be in the event such as EURES, Enterprise Europe Network and Europe Direct.
The main subjects of the conference and debates that will be held are social inclusion and employment. Other leisure activities are also foreseen during those days.
